Malawi is magical! Malawi is a small, relaxed and varied country. You can go on safari, be active and relax by the lake; a good combination for a wonderful holiday.
For many people, Malawi is a fairly unknown country and is therefore often only visited once they have already been to Africa before. Malawi has a large lake, varied nature, various wildlife parks with the Big Five and a hospitable population. It is a small but extensive country, wedged between Tanzania in the north, Zambia in the west and Mozambique in the east. It is almost three times the size of the Netherlands and has around 20 million inhabitants.
